Sandi started in the car business when she was fourteen keeping the parts inventory on 3×5 cards. She was one of the first female F&I managers and eventually became a CFO, fixed operations manager, and assistant general manager for the largest Chevrolet and Dodge dealer in a 5-state area. She helped start and was the first editor of Digital Dealer. She writes a monthly column for the magazine and speaks at Digital Dealer Conference, state associations, and NADA. Her workshops, “40 Valuable Things to Do with Your Computer System” and “How to Create a Super Controller” were ranked in the top 10 at NADA. She is CPA with a degree in Accounting and minor in Computer Science. She was the first certified CDK consultant and helped CDK write their consultant certification program. She has worked on over 20 different DMS systems, helping “Americanize” two foreign systems for the US market (Quorum and Kerridge) and has taught other DMS companies and 3rd parties how to extract data from CDK, R+R and other DMS systems.
